As a result, the $8 million JCC opened with a community center, childcare center, school and offices for four community agencies.
Resurrected a struggling telemarketing group. Developed the workers' training program, wrote new telephone scripts and inspired the telemarketers to increase production. Revenue increased from $50,000 to more than $1 million.
Led a consortium consisting of the Jewish Community Council, the City of Corpus Christi Arts Board, a private arts foundation and a national arts foundation to plan and fund multi-cultural arts programs. The cooperation produced several projects and programs with joint funding from the group. The project received national recognition for excellence at the National Conference for Jewish Community Centers.
